Arise is our women's breakfast, held on the second Saturday of each month, from 8.45 - 11am, at the Wickbourne Centre.

We serve a delicious cooked breakfast, with vegetarian option, and there is a different guest speaker each month.

The next breakfast is on Saturday 9th June with guest speaker Kathy Jones.

"Journey through the Underground"

Kathy was born in Kenya and raised in South Africa during the Apartheid years. She returned to England when she was 19, leaving her family behind. Having raised 3 children and 2 stepsons, Kathy moved to Rustington after buying a fish and chip shop in the village. She continues to live in the village with her huusband, Ian. Having experienced an abusive childhood and difficult times as a single parent Kathy has travelled on a journey of forgiveness and freedom.
